Where Hope is Found

It always seems to be the more trying seasons of life that gently remind me of the value of having a hope that is secure and immovable.

Jesus is my Living Hope.

The One who rescued me.

Redeemed me.

And secured for me a future inheritance.

I honestly can’t imagine walking through 2020 without that Hope. And I also don’t want to hold onto that Hope just for myself, because when Jesus has touched your life you want others to experience Him, too.

That’s why I’ve made time in the midst of motherhood and homeschooling to put a little care toward my blog so that I can get back to sharing more again. That’s why I’ve started working on a plan to open an online shop where I can sell my calligraphy artwork that is meant to bring encouragement and hope to others.

While 2020 has had its challenges, it’s also motivated me to better use the gifts God has given me for the glory of His Kingdom.

It really wasn’t that long ago that I walked through my own personal valley after having my second child. And now that thriving and joyful miracle is about to turn three.

One of the many verses I clung to in that time was Jeremiah 31:17.

There is hope for your future. And there is hope for this present moment. Because in the midst of a whirlwind year, we have a Living Savior and Redeemer who defeated death and has given us the hope of eternal life with Him in a place where tears are no more.

So I just wanted to take a moment today to encourage you and let you know to expect more blog posts coming your way in the days and weeks ahead. I’ll be sharing plenty of faith-filled messages, encouragement for moms, and also some homeschooling and homemaking tips. And I pray it all fills your day with a little hope.
