My typical week is a mix of spending time with my 4-year-old son, doing laundry, scrubbing dishes, grocery shopping, making meals, cleaning up messes, and enjoying moments with my husband when he’s not working. I savor the occasional mama time-outs to jog outdoors, enjoy authentic conversation with my girlfriends over coffee, or write.
